Berkley FinSecure, a W. R. Berkley Company, has contracted with WorkersCompensation.com, the original and largest regulatory and compliance information center, to provide an online virtual claims kit and resource center for our workers compensation agents and insureds. The new Workers Compensation Virtual Claim Forms and Resource Kit is designed to help ensure access to the latest workers comp information and enhance compliance, accuracy and the claims submission process.

Through our partnership, Berkley FinSecure now provides clients with easy online access to over 3,500 fillable workers compensation forms in all states and DC. State compliant workers compensation claims forms, posting notices, and other resources are provided to assist clients in filing claims and complying with state-specific requirements for posting information about workers compensation coverage. The site also contains links to relevant state-specific resources, as well as guidance on best practices for claims notification.
